Are the technicians trained? What kind of experience do they have?

All the pest technicians we work with undergo the RSPH/BPCA Pest management level 2 training courses. Besides that, we only work with experienced pro’s who are knowledgeable in their field of work.

Do I have to leave my home or business when it’s being treated?

Depending on the treatment. If it involves spraying you have to leave the space where sprays are being applied at least for a couple of hours. However, you will be instructed beforehand according to your personalized service.

Can I buy or use pesticides myself?

Most professional pesticides can only be bought with a professional license.

What are your working hours?

Our client care centre operates 24 hours for your convenience, you can call any time for questions or bookings. Usually we can be there within the hour, if not certainly in the same day.

What type of chemicals do you use?

We use only the best professional, industrial standard pest control products, approved by the British Pest Control Association.

Why is it that with rodents and bedbugs most of the time multiple visits are required to my property?

This is due to their life cycle which has dormant stages. For example, bed bugs eggs are hard to destroy, it’s easier when they are in a nymph or adult stage. Multiple treatments manage to destroy the entire population and that’s why extra visits are required in those cases.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No, contracts are not required with our services, although we do have a contract option available for commercial premises if you prefer.
